Lincoln Street Food is a modern, coastal, neighbourhood kitchen serving market inspired fresh food. As owners, Jody Manley and Paolo Colbertaldo have created Lincoln Street Food with its own unique, fun, and relaxed energy. After working at two iconic restaurants in the Halifax landscape, Paolo has developed long term relationships with farmers and purveyors, which help form the foundation of LSF. The ingredient driven menu changes regularly based on what the Lunenburg Farmers’ Market provides. The wine is well-priced and chosen from vineyards who opt for sustainable farming. Organic healthy ingredients are used in all the baking. Vegetarians and vegans will not be disappointed, nor will carnivores and pescetarians.
